For the past 18 years, I have dedicated my life to helping people flourish in an increasingly fast-paced and stressful world through yoga, mindfulness, community and meaningful experiences. Along the way, I observed that lasting wellbeing isn't built through quick fixes, but through the small rituals we practise every day and the connections we create with ourselves, each other and nature.

Today, that journey is evolving. My vision is to build a new health and wellbeing company, that supports and empowers individuals and community in health healing and happiness building on both ancient and the latest insights from nutritional and neuro science, to empower human and planetary flourishing.

At its heart, is an ingredients company. That will source the highest quality of exceptional natural ingredients and extracts, giving individuals, health practitioners and businesses transparency of the ingredient origins and development techniques, whose quality and potency we can verify, and whose impact on both people and planet we take seriously.

We begin with functional mushrooms, carefully sourcing and developing clean, high-quality extracts with rigorous standards for provenance, testing, efficacy and sustainability. Over time, we will build a trusted platform for exceptional functional ingredients giving you confidence in what you put into your body and where it comes from.
